A drug-free, transitional housing program where “veterans are helping veterans.” It provides the camaraderie of living in a structured, substance-free environment with fellow veterans who are succeeding at bettering themselves. Patriot Place supplies a “hands on” assistance directly to homeless veterans. It is designed to help homeless veterans live as self-sufficiently and independently as possible.
